* 10,000 sq. ft. homestead that can accommodate up to 80 guests for same-day events & a limited number for over-night gatherings
* Two-story, 12,000 sq. ft. barn with 18 full-service horse boarding stalls
* 4 acre stocked lake with two gazebos; 3/4 acre stocked pond
